Photography Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Pre and Post Shoot:

  • Generate and maintain shot lists, request and receive samples, order re-listed items.
  • Keep Sample Room organized and inventory current, generate labels/tags, log samples in and out as needed.
  • Liquidate samples and stock. Organize product and information for shoots, keep track of product changes.

Pre-Production:

  • Set up and manage the Merchandise style out (MSO), Pre-Style and Walk-thru meetings,capture information throughout preproduction process and update information to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate all changes from MSO to Senior Media Production specialist.
  • Create shot list, photography all styled shot from Merchandise style out (MSO), Pre-Style and Walk-thru meetings to create the ring of fire , pull product needed, pack and ship to location (which may involve producing a carnet for international shipping) or Studio 1912.
  • Track any changes that occur and update system.

Photo Shoot:

  • Provide ring of fire to Art Director and Stylist.
  • Attend scheduling meeting with Art Director, Photographer, Stylist and Producer to organize work flow.
  • Deliver daily shot list to Art Director and Stylist.
  • Provide daily list of Image Numbers to Digital Tech.
  • Update shot list and execute shots in File Marker Pro database (POD).
  • Set up and organize crew rooms.
  • Coordinate samples and props.
  • Prep samples, set up shots & manage merchandise.
  • Deliver an executed shot list to Image Assets and Media Production Specialist.

Studio Specific:

  • Provide photo samples to Studio 1912.
  • Create and maintain shot lists.
  • Export all Production shots to studio.
  • Set up and manage Merchandise style out (MSO), Pre-Style and Walk-thru meetings for hero photography.
  • Communicate all changes from MSO to Senior Media Production specialist.
  • Create shot list, photography all styled shot from Merchandise style out (MSO), Pre-Style and Walk-thru meetings.
  • Provide shot list and photos from Merchandise style out (MSO), Pre-Style and Walk-thru meetings to Art Director and Studio Traffic Controller at studio.
  • Manage inventory .
  • Work closely with freelance staff.

Location Specific:

  • Travel - including extended periods of time out of state or across the country.
  • Coordinate extra outfits and props.
  • Maybe required to drive a company-owned or rented vehicle including trucks and van

Qualifications

  • Valid Class C driver's license
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize andsuccessfully meet deadlines
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, andFile Maker Pro
  • Proven pro-active problem-solver
  • Strong collaborator and has the ability to work well within a team environment
  • Creative professional who would effectively represent L. L. Bean
  • Commit to extended travel and time away from home if necessary
  • Passionate about retail, creative design, and the outdoors is a plus

Education:
High School Degreeor equivalent

Experience:
2-3 years

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
