Digital Marketing Specialist

SEARCH?s staff of 200 employees work from 15 US and Guam offices to conduct 250 projects per year and deploy 20 or more field teams per week; SEARCH has the immediate capacity to exceed client and compliance requirements especially in regard to critical deadlines, high-profile missions, and remote deployments.

Key Responsibilities
+ Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
+ Develop relevant topics to reach company?s target customers
+ Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
+ Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a ?Social? way while cultivating leads and public outreach
+ Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
+ Oversee design (i.e.: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, Twitter profile, etc.)
+ Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
+ Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions when appropriate;
+ Planning, development, and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including website strategy and design, mobile and deliverables;
+ Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company?s social content;
+ Maintain company website by publishing content, maintaining continuity of themes, designing layout, streamlining navigation and increasing online presence to clients;
+ Liaise with internal teams to ensure brand consistency;
+ Support other marketing, reporting, and creative projects;
+ Working with vendors to maintain printed marketing materials;
+ Presenting recommendations to Marketing Director and company leadership.

Requirements
+ Bachelor?s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field;
+ Exceptional planning, organizational, proofreading, writing, and formatting skills;
+ Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge;
+ Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios;
+ Knowledge of web design, web development, content management systems and CRO and SEO;
+ Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels;
Preferred Qualifications
+ Understanding of the Cultural Resource Management (CRM) industry (firms, clients, contracts, new research, and projects) at the region-wide, nationwide, and worldwide level;
+ Creative and can-do approach to problem solving;
+ Practices superior time-management;
+ A team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary (i.e.: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management);
+ Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress;
+ Exceptional MS Office skill set, especially document design, layout and formatting;
+ Exceptional Adobe CS Skill set;
+ Additional qualifications in web design and photography are a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
