Bean is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Product Manager for a 1-year contract to lead the migration of the ecommerce platform from a legacy system to a modern, micro services-based platform (commercetools).
This is an extremely high priority project, and this position is responsible for driving its success through stakeholder engagement, sponsor communication, prioritization, rollout strategy and launch monitoring.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious, eager to plug in to a highly productive team, is detail oriented, and who has prior experience with enterprise workflow management, API integrations and data feeds/flows.
Ideal candidate will have a deep analytical and technical background, a passion for ecommerce, and an interest in shaping the future of the largest selling channel at L.

Duties and Responsibilities Act as business lead for eCommerce re-platform project Act as day-to-day business lead and point of contact for the transformative project to migrate to commercetools- work that will directly impact the company's ability to meet its growth and customer experience targets in the coming years.
Play a critical role in creating alignment between the development team and all business stakeholders and in escalating key decision points to leadership.
Participates in standups, iteration planning sessions, product demos and retrospectives Support development team in defining specific requirements and evaluating implementation options.
Establish and monitor roll out strategy in partnership with the Analytics team; define analytics frameworks and success metrics for features/functionality as they launch.
Leverage excellent communication skills to deliver insights and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Condenses complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders & leadership.
Identify and advocate for business-critical features/functionality Collaborates with business partners to translates business goals and end user needs into requirements and product strategy Identifies feature/enhancement pros, cons, issues, obstacles, and dependencies Understand our business and customer needs, and advocate tirelessly for them.
Evaluate systems & integration points with other tools and applications and as needed, identify and advocate for other tools/platforms needed to meet our goals.
Identify and elevate implications and considerations for stakeholders (ie.
Customer Service, Card Services, Creative, Digital Merchandising, etc.
) Become an expert in enterprise workflow management, API integrations, and data feeds Leads Product Information Management integration activities with catalog and business teams for corrections, updates, new requirements, and joint enhancements; Subject Matter Expert to educate and support team knowledge and effectiveness Working cross-functionally across the organization, quickly establish an understanding of our current eCommerce ecosystem, data feeds, API integrations, and workflows Support change management for business users migrating off the legacy product publishing system to commercetools' Merchant Center tool Support user training and change management Requirements Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and practical planning skills Customer-driven and have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with business and technical teams in addition to vendors An ability to synthesize different data to identify and articulate opportunities Flexible with regards to changing priorities & business needs Self-sufficient Structured thinker, able to breakdown complex problems into insights and actions Experience using JIRA and Agile methodologies Experience with web analytics (GA360 preferred) required; experience with Quantum Metric nice to have Ecommerce experience required; experience with commercetools nice to have Minimum Experience Bachelor's Degree required 3
years of product management experience and have worked on enterprise solutions; experience with data management or large-scale collaboration is a plus.
