As the nursing leader within a strong clinicalteam, you support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing,and directing the day-to-day functions of your team. Educationand Experience Education:
Must possess, as aminimum, a State of Maine Nursing license
Experience:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience sufficient to perform allduties with excellence Skillsand Abilities Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records and/or solid computer skills Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally Effective leadership skills and/or ability to invest in growing this skill Read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Certificatesand Licenses Possess a diploma, AS or BS degree in nursing. Must be currently registered/licensed in Maine. Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment. All job offers are contingent upon receiving excellent references and passing the Maine State Background Check.
