We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the BenefitMall family. Payroll Specialist provide excellent customer service to all clientele while servicing outgoing and incoming payroll calls, emails and faxes. Contribute to client retention by developing good client relations through exceptional service
Responsibilities:
Process client payroll via heavy phone contact, email, and fax
Provide support for client inquiries
Required Skills
Ability to support clients via heavy phone interaction
Ability to support clients via email
Excellent interpersonal skills
Solid focus on customer satisfaction
Good attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Team Player
Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed
Ability to travel to another branch office for training, as needed
This position will require periods of time sitting and standing up to 8 hours a day, bending over and filing - several hours a week, close and distant vision, ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
Required Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum two years in a customer service environment
Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll taxes a plus
Understanding of Windows-based operating environments
