L.L.Bean is searching for a Senior Analyst, Email Marketing to join our Corporate Marketing team in Freeport, Maine. This person is responsible for the development, execution, reporting, and ongoing management of email marketing campaigns that drive demand, profit, and customer file growth. This role requires a passion for marketing; an analytical mindset; an ability to lead the execution of complex projects and a track record of achieving ambitious results.
This person will partner with cross-functional peers to develop, plan, execute, and report on L.L.Bean's email campaigns in line with business goals, and will lead the development of new strategies. This person will drive optimization efforts to serve L.L.Bean customers with a compelling and relevant email experience while fully leveraging new industry capabilities and technologies.
Drive the development of new email strategies with a focus on providing relevant, personalized experiences in email.
Manage and optimize existing email strategies. Develop robust testing plan and lead testing execution and analysis.
Execute and/or validate customer selections for ongoing email efforts.
Lead strategy and implementation of advanced segmentation and targeting capabilities.
Provide strategic direction and business ownership of IT projects relating to email.
Partner with design and copy teams and email content analysts to optimize email content.
Manage relationships with new and existing external vendors.
Monitor and communicate email program performance; regularly recommend and implement program improvements based on learnings.
Analyze financial considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, and manage budgets.
Monitor industry trends and integrate into program strategy.
Participate in the development of long term plans.
Assume additional responsibilities as requested.

Takes immediate and appropriate action to rectify any unsafe conditions. Ensures compliance of front line employees with comprehensive Health and Safety program.

Able to develop operating budgets and forecasts
